The invention discloses a soil contamination heating method and device with internal circulating heat conduction desorption of a high-boiling-point hydrothermal fluid pipeline. The device is composed of a heater, high-boiling-point fluid, a circulating pump, a circulating pipeline and temperature control equipment, wherein the heater can flexibly select electricity or fuel to provide a heat source to heat the high-boiling-point fluid in a cavity with high efficiency, and the temperature control equipment of the heater can stabilize the temperature of the hydrothermal fluid in a required range; the circulating pump runs to pump the heated high-boiling-point hydrothermal fluid into the circulating pipeline, the hydrothermal fluid flows through sites to be heated, and the soil contamination sites are heated in a heat conduction manner. Tests prove that the device can be used for heating the soil contamination sites with high efficiency both in in-situ remediation and ex-situ remediation of a contaminated site, the temperature of the heated sites can be kept at target temperature, and soil contaminants can be subjected to thermal desorption with high efficiency. The heating technique/device can be applied to in-situ/ex-situ thermal desorption remediation of the contaminated site.
