A medical cardiac pump body comprises a cast titanium alloy pump body, a titanium nitride system ceramic material layer on the external surface of the pump body and a titanium nitride system ceramic material layer on the internal surface of the pump body. The constituents of titanium alloy are simple, the titanium alloy having the constituents is subjected to acid pickling and passivating surface treatment working procedures, the problems such as any surface block spot are avoided, and the clean surface can be obtained.
