A hazai lágyszárú dísznövényeket fertőző vírusok vizsgálata = Examinations on virus infection of herbaceous ornamental plants in Hungary

A kutatas soran Magyarorszag jelentős disznovenytermesztő korzeteiből (Hajdusag, Del-Alfold, Budapest es kornyeke, Nyugat- es Del-Dunantul) tobb mint 200 kulonboző disznovenyekről szarmazo minta eseteben DAS-ELISA es TAS ELISA modszerek valamint biotesztek segitsegevel megallapitottuk azok CymRSV, TMV, INSV, CVB, CSNV, AMV, PMMV, TSWV, TCSV, ToMV, PeAMV es CMV fertőzottseget. Vizsgalataink soran uj gazda-virus kapcsolatokat tarunk fel es ezeket a kapcsolatokat tunettani szempontbol jellemeztuk. Magyarorszagon előszor igazoltunk INSV fertőzottseget a vizsgalt Cyclamen, Impatiens, Ocimum es Eustoma novenyekben. Magyarorszag kulonboző teruleteiről, petuniarol Petunia x hybrida "Bravo Rose"(KX) es a vegetativ uton szaporitott "Surfinia Revolution Purple"(NYB) szarmazo PVY izolatumokat vizsgaltunk szimptomatologiai, szerologiai, elektronmikroszkopos es molekularis genetikai modszerekkel. A kopenyfeherje gen (CP) 380 bp szakaszat hataroztuk meg es hasonlitottuk ossze az adatbankban szereplő adatokkal. A "Surfinia Revolution Purple" fajtarol szarmazo izolatum 98%-os hasonlosagot mutatott a PVYH: PVYNTN (m95491) izolatummal es a ?Bravo Rose? fajtarol szarmazo izolatum eseteben 97%-os hasonlosagot allapitottunk meg a PVYFR: PVYN (d00441) izolatummal. Vizsgalataink soran előszor igazoltuk a PVYNTN torzsenek előfordulasat magyarorszagi petunian. | More than 200 samples were analysed from species or varieties from different ornamental plants. Samples were taken from Hungarian ornamental plant producing companies, public areas and also private gardens. Virus infection (Potato virus Y, PVY; Potato virus X, PVX; (CymRSV, TMV, INSV, CVB, CSNV, AMV, PMMV, TSWV, TCSV, ToMV, PeAMV and CMV) were screened trough DAS ELISA, TAS ELISA and biotests. During the study new virus-host relations were found, and characterised on the basis of symptoms INSV ifection was first described on ornamental plants Cyclamen, Impatiens, Ocimum and Eustoma. The nucleotide sequence of the coat protein gene of PVY isolate from the ?Surfinia Revolution Purple? (NYB) variety showed 98% homology with the homologous region of the m955491 isolate of PVYH (PVYNTN). Our results were the first data on the occurrence of NTN strain of PVY on Petunia in Hungary. P. hybrida ?Bravo Rose? (KX) isolate showed 97 % homology with a PVYFR : PVYN isolate, which was registered under the number d00441 in the database. In the case of P. hybrida species no information has been found about the occurrence of this pathogen either in international or in Hungarian literature.
