Radiotherapy is an integral part of the multi-disciplinary management of soft tissue sarcoma. Its role in primary bone tumours is evolving. With continuing technological advancement and improving radiobiological understanding, stereotactic radiotherapy has shown early promising results in osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma.
