NC Machine Tool Operation State Data Acquisition and Data Processing Technology Research

This paper introduces the data acquisition principle of NC tool operation state and designs the data acquisition card of NC tool operation state.Taking arc interpolation as an example,the data of NC tool x-axis and y-axis displacement point are collected,on the basis of which instantaneous velocity and acceleration of x-axis and y-axis are calculated.By the method of least squares,instantaneous velocity and acceleration are filtered and the external disturbances are removed in order to draw correct instantaneous velocity and acceleration figure.According to the research above,this paper aims to make a fair,comprehensive and correct evaluation on the operation state of NC tool.
