Method for producing extracellular polysaccharide through golden fungus liquid fermentation and uses thereof

2007
The invention relates to the biofermentation field and the medicine field and provides a method for producing exopolysaccharides through the liquid fermentation of golden fungus and a purpose hereof. The invention takes the golden fungus as the starting fungus plant for culture in a liquid shake flask, enlarged culture in the liquid shake flask, first-grade seed culture and fermentation culture to obtain the golden fungus fermentation liquid which contains the exopolysaccharides. The fermentation liquid is obtained after deep fermentation of the golden fungus liquid for hyperfiltration and alcohol precipitation or condensed alcohol precipitation to obtain the crude product of the exopolysaccharides. The total yield of the exopolysaccharides can reach 0.3 to 1 g/l fermentation liquid and the purity is between 30 percent and 60 percent. The exopolysarrcharides obtained with the method can be used for producing medicine or healthcare food which can regulate blood sugar.
