A new algorithm for specialities ranking:SpecRank

In this paper,we propose a new method,SpecRank,for ranking specialities of colleges and universities.The key point is to make use of Google's PageRank model to rank specialities.An algorithm is presented to solve the SpecRank vector.Numerical results illustrate the efficiency of our new method.
