Hard PVC pipe and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a hard PVC pipe and a preparation method thereof. The hard PVC pipe is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 parts of resin SG-5, 9-22 parts of light calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.15 part of stearic acid, 1-1.2 parts of PE wax, 3.8 parts of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 2 parts of ACR (acrylate copolymer) and 3 parts of CPE (chlorinated polyethylene). According to the preparation method, through controlling temperature and formula components, the best proportion of the added materials and preparation temperature are figured out, the cost is reduced and the compression capability of the finally prepared pipe is high. The preparation method is simple in process and low in cost and the prepared pipe is high in compression degree.
