Application of the Excel Table in Drug Content Determination by External Standard Method

Objective:To make the content calculation using external standard method easier by Excel table,with which the complex hand calculation is replaced by data entry.Methods:The Excel data analysis functions were used to edit the formula and to set up the spreadsheet of the external standard method for determination.Results:The results accorded with those of using calculator.Moreover,it saved much time and manpower,as well as reduced the ratio of mistakes.Conclusion:It′s rapid,accurate,intuitive and more efficient to use Excel table to deal with data.
