The invention relates to the technical field of drilling by continuous oil tubes, in particular to a mechanical part of a continuous oil tube guiding tool. A rectangular stepped slot is processed outside the thickest pipe wall at the upper half part of an eccentric body of the mechanical part; the slot is deep in the middle and shallow on both ends; a boss structure is arranged in the middle of the deep slot; three deep holes are drilled in parallel on a boss; pistons are arranged in the deep holes; a straightening block is arranged outside the boss in the middle of the deep slot; grooves are arranged on both ends of the straightening block to arrange composite springs; a straightening block pressure plate is a hollow rectangular block which is pressed above the straightening block; a high part in the middle of the straightening block extends from a hollow part of the straightening block pressure plate; both ends of the straightening block pressure plate are fixed on the eccentric body through pressure plate fixing screws; a hydraulic oil runner is arranged on the upper end surface of the inner wall of the upper half part of the eccentric body; and the hydraulic oil runner is communicated with the three deep holes on the boss. The mechanical part of the continuous oil tube guiding tool is matched with a circuit part and a hydraulic part of the continuous oil pipe guiding tool and adjusts the deflecting capability of a motor, so that the curvature of a borehole meets the design requirements.
