The invention discloses a folding desk lamp. The folding desk lamp comprises a pedestal (2), a supporting arm (4) and a lamp body (6), wherein one end of the supporting arm (4) is rotationally connected with the pedestal (2) through a first rotating shaft (8); the other end of the supporting arm (4) is rotationally connected with the lamp body (6) through a second rotating shaft (10); a first conducting plate (12) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (8); a second conducting plate (14) is arranged in the pedestal (2); during rotation of the first rotating shaft (8), the first conducting plate (12) and the second conducting plate (14) are enabled to contact with each other or separate from each other. After the folding desk lamp is folded, a light-emitting element can be powered off.
