The muscle detector, provided by the invention, has the advantages that whether a sporter moderately exercises or not is detected according to the muscle hardness variable quantity so that the sporter can be reminded in time and the trouble of discomfort due to soreness and muscle rigidity, which are caused by excessive lactic acid generated in excessive exercise, can be avoided.
