On-line vibration monitoring device used for transformer

An on-line vibration monitoring device used for a transformer comprises a vibration sensor installed on the transformer, wherein the vibration sensor is connected to an external sensor signal collector through wires, the sensor signal collector converts a collected vibration analog signal into a digital signal through AD conversion and then uploads the digital signal to an A8 upper computer monitoring system which is connected with sensor signal collector through a wireless network and at least capable of displaying vibration velocity; the vibration sensor is a CZ891 vibration sensor capable of directly converting a vibration signal within range of 0-10mm/s into an output current signal within the range of 4-20mA, the sensor signal collector is an STM32F103 sensor signal collection system, and the vibration sensor is connected to the sensor signal collector through 2 wires. The on-line vibration monitoring device of the present invention has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient and reliable use, capacity of achieving intelligent monitoring, capacity of ensuring safe operation of a power line, etc.
