Experimental Study on Sulphide and Oxide Bulk Flotation of Mixed Copper Ore Containing Molybdenum in Tibet

Based on the mineral processing experimental research on mixed copper core containing molybdenum in Tibet and the features of the copper oxide,chelating collector B-135 is used and sulphide and oxide bulk flotation process is adopted,with the recovery rate of copper improved from 77% to 80%.At the same time,the process of copper molybdenum bulk flotation-inhibition of copper with flotation of molybdenum is adopted to obtain copper concentrate containing 20% copper and with 79% copper recovery rate,and molybdenum concentrate containing 48% molybdenum and with 87% molybdenum recovery rate.The research prompts the application of sulphide oxide bulk flotation in mineral processing of mixed copper ore containing molybdenum.
