Recording of binary signals in an external holographic memory with the aid of a controlled one-dimensional transparency made of PLZT ceramic
1980
An investigation was made of the use of a fast-response one-dimensional electrically controlled transparency as an input device in a system for data storage in an external holographic memory. The working material of the transparency was a memory-free modification of lead-lanthanum zirconate-titanate of the 9/65/35 composition.
