The invention provides a headspace sample injection device capable of achieving solid phase extraction. The headspace sample injection device comprises an external container shell with an opening in one side, an internal tube with openings in two ends, a filtering element, a first sealing cover and a second sealing cover, wherein an opening in one end of the internal tube is in full-lamination connection with the filtering element and stretches into the opening of the external container shell, so that a cavity used for containing solid adsorbent is formed between the external container shell and the internal tube; the second sealing cover passes through the internal tube, can be opened and closed to cover the opening of the external container shell, and is used for sealing the cavity; sample inlet holes used for introducing samples or elution solvents to be subjected to solid phase extraction; the first sealing cover can be opened and closed to cover the opening in the other end of the internal tube and is provided with a sample outlet hole. Through the headspace sample injection device, the purpose of achieving integrated operations of solid phase extraction and headspace sample injection is achieved; the processes of pretreating the samples are eliminated; the influence of the human factor is reduced; the headspace sample injection device is convenient to operate, high in detection accuracy and high in repeatability.
