The present invention provides a method of utilizing blast furnace metallurgy sintering treatment of electroplating sludge harmless, its method is to use electroplating sludge after pretreatment and reduction of metallurgical wastes as raw material to produce nuclear ball, then the ball is pre-nuclear cover wrap, and then the secondary composite materials technology and sulfuric acid residue, metallurgical waste made of composite pellets, and finally into the blast furnace sintering system. Metallurgical wastes resources of the ways to solve a large number of steel companies arising recycling problems and electroplating enterprises of large quantities of heavy metal, hexavalent chromium electroplating sludge problem of environmental pollution, to achieve regeneration electroplating sludge sound processing and metallurgical wastes use, while improving the metallurgical properties of sinter mix materials.
