Thin Women and Pregnancy Outcome

Our aim was to determine the pregnancy outcome in low BMI wo men. This cohort study was done on pregnant wo men that Refer in prenatal care centre. We select wo men who had low BM I and thin randomly. And co mpare pregnancy outcome in three level weight gains with normal BM I wo men. Incidence of the pregnancy outcome: p reeclampsia , IUGR, caesarean pre term delivery, fetal outcome: fetal distress, low score of Agar increase in wo men with low level of weight gain.(α=0.05)wo men with low BMI Before pregnancy should get higher weight in pregnancy, if they pregnant with low BM I should consider as a high risk pregnant women.
