The method can be applied to user equipment and includes the steps that the IP address of a smart TV is acquired, a first control command carrying the IP address of the smart TV is generated and sent to the smart TV, and the user equipment and the smart TV are controlled to have access to the same local area network by the first control command; a starting coordinate point and a current coordinate point which slide through the user equipment are acquired after a triggering command is received; a difference value between an x coordinate value of the current coordinate point and an x coordinate value of the starting coordinate point is calculated; a moving direction corresponding to the difference value is searched for; whether movement is needed or not is judged according to the searched moving direction, when it is ensured that movement is needed, a second control command for controlling the smart TV interface to roll according to the moving direction is generated, and the second control command is sent to the smart TV. According to the method, rolling control over the smart TV interface is achieved through the user equipment, and the requirement that people control the smart TV interface to roll through the user equipment is met.
