NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION OF COMCAST OF NEW JERSEY, LLC. FOR RENEWAL OF MUNICIPAL CONSENT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PLAINFIELD

PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23c et seq. Comcast of New Jersey, LLC, has made application to the City of Plainfield, in the County of Union and State of New Jersey, for renewal of its Municipal Consent to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in the City of Plainfield, New Jersey. A hearing on said application has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. at the Municipal
