A technique for the study of electrically stimulated tissue with 14C-labeled substrates☆

Abstract A technique for electrically stimulating cerebral cortex tissue is described. Improvement in flask design eliminates electrical failure while gaining speed in tissue mounting. Details are given of the apparatus used with isotopes in brain metabolism studies.
