Evaluation of usefulness of BibT E X literature management tool

In research activities, it is one of the important work to manage literature information of a thesis etc. At the present, it is popular to treat electronic data of PDF etc. with the spread of computers. The literature information on electronic data has an advantage, such that we can easily exchange data with others through computers. If we have the application to support the share with others, we can share the literature information more conveniently and increase the efficiency of research activities. We are developing a BibTEX based literature management system "bole" which is specialized in a laboratory. This article explains the additional function of bole. Furthermore, Users in two laboratories use bole for a long period of time, and we verify the usefulness of our system.
