Disclosed is a wind resistance analysis method of a high-rise ship lift tower column structure. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the specific size of the ship lift tower column structure is measured, and the height of the ship lift tower column structure is H; 2, a numerical wind tunnel model of the ship lift tower column structure is built, and comprises a tower column structure model and a wind field model; 3, a turbulence model is selected, boundary conditions are added, the interaction of the wind field model and the tower column structure model is considered, and numerical wind tunnel calculation is carried out; 4, wind load shape coefficients u of all the surfaces of the tower column structure model are calculated; 5, a formula of downwind and windward vibration coefficients b(z) of the ship lift tower column structure is deduced. The response of the ship lift tower column structure under the action of wind loads can be obtained directly, and meanwhile formula derivation of wind load shape coefficient obtaining values of all the surfaces of the tower column structure model and the downwind and windward vibration coefficients of the ship lift tower column structure is provided so that design personnel can conveniently carry out stress calculation on the ship lift tower column structure according to a standard method.
