예비보육교사의 진로탐색에 대한 고찰 : 3년제 대학교 보육관련학과 졸업반 학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to obtain a deep understanding and to analyze the career searches of pre-service teachers whom are third year child care students at a three college. The targets of this study were ten students repetitious. Data was collected through in-depth interviews. As a result of this study, the career searches of pre-service teachers was classified into 4 theme clusters and 11 themes. The themes dusters are "worries about the choice of career after graduation," "regret and disappointment of college life," "difficulties in working at daycare centers," and "worries about going to an advanced course." The worries and anxieties of pre-service teachers were concrete, which showed that they had a demand for problem-solving. Based on these desires and regrets, the participants had the following support needs: As a child care teacher, there was a need for various training and experience for improving skills, mentoring to improve interpersonal skills, improvement of treatment and awareness of child care teachers, and diversification of education management and methods in advanced courses.
