Prediction of Smart Meter Life Assessment Based on BP Neural Network

This paper analyzes the influence of climate and environment stress and electrical stress on the operating life-span of smart meters by normalization of collected climate and environment data, and electrical factors based on BP neural network for accurate estimation of the reliable life-span of the operating smart meter, and come up with a life-span prediction neural network model for different factories, environments and types of smart meters after comparing with test data and parameters, and correcting the model parameters.
