Common Defects and Their Treatment Method in Liquid Petroleum Gas Tank

Based on the practical experience,typical defects in the liquid petroleum gas(LPG)tanks are introduced.The characteristics cause for the main defects are analyzed.It is pointed out that cracks,bubbles and corrosion are the main defects.The common appearance,positions and characters of those defects are particularly introduced.The existence of wet H2S in LPG is the main cause for the defects.In addition,the inspection method,inspection period and treatment method to the defects in practical work are discussed and concrete prevention measures to the defects are put forward.
