Autonomia na educação básica

This article aimed to discuss the elements that support the term autonomy articulated to the Basic Education legislation, with regard to the aspects provided for in LDB no 9394/96, which defined Basic Education at the levels of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and High School. This is a bibliographic research, of a qualitative nature, having as reference the research resulting from the Master's Dissertation, Work and Autonomy: between the attributions and paths of the exercise of the teaching supervisor, concluded in 2018. The article starts from the discussions on autonomy which, although it is a polysemic term, occurs in the context of the performance of agents, linked in a certain reality. It seeks to articulate the legal aspects that are provided for in the current legislation, promoting reflection based on the references of authors with relevant discussions on the subject. It is expected that this article will bring contributions to those who work at this level of education.
