The invention relates to a method for extracting a natural gas hydrate reservoir pore skeletal structure. The method comprises the operation steps of firstly, using a Micro-CT technology to obtain a three-dimensional space section image of a rock core of a natural gas hydrate reservoir sample, and conducting threshold processing to obtain binaryzation image data; utilizing C++ language programming to obtain the natural gas hydrate reservoir pore skeletal structure to generate a program on the basis of the principle of a pore network model, and conducting visual generation on the pore skeletal structure by means of the Rhinoceros software. The natural gas hydrate reservoir pore skeletal structure obtained by the method well imitates characteristics of the natural gas hydrate reservoir interior pore structure, and the good geometric structure and the topological structure are beneficial to further analyzing generation and seepage characteristics of the natural gas hydrate.
