Based targeted tumor treatment system and a method for preparing a near infrared quantum dots

The present invention discloses a system and a method for preparing medical near-infrared quantum dots based tumor targeting. The tumor targeting treatment system comprising: a core composed of a near-infrared quantum dots; COATED PEG molecule in the inner core surface; by chemical crosslinking of the modified PEG (polyethylene glycol) molecular conjugate tumor vascular targeting molecule; antiangiogenic assembly in the tumor targeting system generates the drug treatment. By targeting tumor treatment system of the present invention, tumors can be achieved in situ, real-time, visual, quantitative diagnosis, evaluation and treatment.
