FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis tumor of abdomen

Objective:To evaluate the effect of FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis tumor of abdomen.Methods:The clinical date of 8 patients with gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen was analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the patients finished three times intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR and chemotherapy of venoclysis for 6-10 cycles.Severn patients finished all the thetapy.Because of progress,1 patient changed to other therapies after finished 4 cycles chemotherapy.Severn patients were evaluable for response,in which 1 achieved complete response(CR) and 6 partial response(PR).Conclusion:That FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen is safe and effective,and needs further study.
