The adjusting mechanism comprises a buckling piece and an operation piece; the buckling piece and the operation piece are moveably arranged at one of the seat and the substrate, and the other one of the seat part and the substrate at least includes a first positioning part and a second positioning part. The operation piece drives the buckling piece to isolate from the blocking with the first positioning part or the second positioning part so as to allow the child safety seat in a lie position or a seat position; when the buckling piece is blocked in the first positioning part, the child safety seat is located at a lie position; when the buckling piece is blocked in the second positioning part, the child safety seat is located at a seat position; therefore, the switching and adjustment of the child safety seat are more convenient and faster; thus children feel more comfortable in sitting.
