Disclosed is a hybrid composite material between a first joining partner with a metal surface and a second mating parts with a polymeric material surface. Further, a method for the preparation of a related hybrid material composite is described. The according to the solution hybrid composite material is characterized in that the metal surface having microstructured wells that the microstructured recesses each have a diameter and a structure depth can be assigned, each having a dimension in the micrometer range, that the microstructured recesses have at least regionally provided with nanostructures metallic surface regions, whose structure dimensions in the nanometer range, that the microstructured recesses are at least partially filled with the polymeric material surface directly, and that between the provided with nanostructures metallic surface areas of microstructured wells of the first joining part and the polymeric material surface of the second joining partner at least one on to adhesion forces and / or covalent bonds based joint compound.
