The results of an open clinical pharmacological study of antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 (Tenotene) used in 85 patients as monotherapy suggest that tenotene may be recommended as an independent and effective drug in the treatment of asthenodepressive disorders in gastroenterological patients.
