CONDUCT OF POPULATION DURING AN ATOMIC ATTACK

The loss in human lives and material in an atomic air attack can be greatly reduced by adequate warnings and preventive measures. The preventive measures to be taken by the Russian population are described. The conduct of the population following the warning and the type of warnings given are discussed. (J.S.R.)
