High-performance grouting material for prefabricated building construction, and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the prefabricated building field, and concretely relates to a high-performance grouting material for the prefabricated building construction, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation components of the grouting material comprise 45-55mass% of fine sand having a largest particle size of 2.15-2.5mm, 30-40mass% of cement, 0.2-1.0mass% of a powdery polycarboxylate plasticizer, 0.3-1.0mass% of a grouting material reinforcement modifier, and 10-15mass% of an ultrafine mixture. The grouting material is added with 8-12% of mixing water and is uniformly stirred for grouting when the grouting material is used. The grouting material has an initial fluidity of above 300mm, a fluidity after 30min of above 270mm, a 1d strength of above 50MPa, a 3d strength of above 70MPa, and a 28d strength of 100MPa or more. The high-performance grouting material has the characteristics of low water consumption, high workability, high early strength and ultrahigh strength, also has a slight expansion use performance, and is suitable for the use in the prefabricated building construction.
