Diversity of Natural Secondary Forest Community in Maoer Mountain

The characteristics of species diversity of communities in natural secondary forest in Maoershan Region were studied.Three measurement methods:richness index (Margale,menhinick richness index),evenness index (Pielou,Heip’s & Alatalo evenness index),diversity index (Gini,Shanon-Wiener and Simpson diversity index)were used to study the characters of the diversity of plant species in the community in natural secondary forest of Maoers-han region.Result shows that J uglans mandshurica is the most important plant in natural secondary forest of Mao-ershan region;each diversity index of Z602 plot are higher than that of M701 plot,it is clear that the diversity of Z602 plot are more superior.
