THREE PROTOTYPE CELLS OF A SC MAGNET SYSTEM

To study experimentally the properties of SC magnets and to master the technology of their fabrication, three prototype cells were designed, constructed and tested. Each cell comprises two dipole magnets of the window-frame type and two quadrupole lenses of the Panofsky type.
