Simulation studies on the effectiveness of external thermal insulations on energy conservation in greenhouses

The effectiveness or thermal performance of applied daytime (permanent) and night-time external thermal insulations for ten different new and conventional greenhouse designs for any given location and weather conditions is investigated by using a greenhouse heat loss computer model developed in this study.
