Background. The problems ofreductionof deathsdue todiseasesof the cardiovascular system reviewed. Shownthat the probability ofdeathdepends essentially on thedelayof care. Formulated problem of individual portable devices necessity. This device allowscritical conditiontimely identification of patients suffering from cardiovascular disease. Materials and methods. Considered the differentphysical methodsof measurementused inportable devicesfor measuring thestate of the CVS. Shown that the universal solution of the monitoring the state of the CVD problem is the pressure physical measurement. Considered Additional terms used for the implementation of this class of devices designed for easy use at home. Considered close analogs devices. Results. Propose task and the requirements to the developed device: primary converter design; device measurement; device display functions; additional functions; sources of energy; standards of performance. Propose structural and algorithmic solution and development stages of the autonomous portable device for determining the pulse wave parameters and algorithms for determining critical states is stationary conditions. Conclusions. Concluded feasibility of such devices and ways to use them. Propose stages of device development, which include: the development of a simulation model on the physical level, at the level of electrical signals and logical level. Shows the contents of each stage. Conclude possibility and ways of implementing a new class of devices for solving critical state timely identification problems for the persons suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
