The present invention discloses a high concentration ammonia nitrogen waste water treatment method, a biphase separation membranes and the preparation method of the same, which relates to a waste water treatment method, a biphase separation membranes and the preparation method of the same. The biphase separation membranes is formed by macromolecule polymeric material of 98~102 by mass share, titanium dioxide fiber with a length of 5~100 nm of 0.001~5 by mass share, and chemical and blended fabric of 0.01~3.5 by mass share. The preparation method of the biphase separation membranes comprises the steps of: the macromolecule polymeric material, nanometer titanium dioxide fiber and chemical and blended fabric are mixed and agitated for 0.5~8 hours at 160~240 DEG C, and then are dried to form the biphase separation membranes. The high concentration ammonia nitrogen waste water treatment method comprises the steps of: (1) the catalyst is added into the waste water which is then subjected to microwave irradiation; (2)the waste water, after microwave irradiation, is flocculating settled and filtrated, and then the pH value of the waste water is adjusted to execute the biphase separation membranes treatment so as to obtain clear water. The biphase separation membranes of the present invention can endure a pressure difference of 0.01~5 Kg/cm . The preparation method of the biphase separation membranes is simple and convenient. The high concentration ammonia nitrogen waste water treatment method of the present invention has an operating method of 5~20 yuan per ton, more than 99% of the ammonia nitrogen can be removed from the waste water.
