Tournai au temps de la Peste Noire

Contrary to what has been accepted traditionnally the Southern Low Countries have been hit very hard by the Black Death (1449-51). New sources for the city of Tournai have added new insights to the dossier and allowed to evaluate the role by local public authorities.
