Who owns performance measurement

Every employee, in any organisation is unwittingly involved in performance measurement every day of his or her lives. Even if they are not consciously reviewing performance either at work or at home, performance measurement is an integral part of the daily routine. The author puts forward the case for greater ownership of performance measurement through involvement.
