APL derived peptides and type of Hsp60 and pharmaceutical compositions

Peptides of the human protein of heat shock of 60 kDa that constitute epitopes for T cells, as well as peptides derived deellos, which are modified in the contact sites with the MHC molecule, useful to induce mechanisms of peripheral tolerance, in particular induction mechanisms anergy or mediated by clones of regulatory T cells in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such peptides for treating rheumatoid arthritis.
