Clinical contrast research of one-hole and three-holes laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To investigate the security,feasibility and clinical value of one-hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:Sixty cases with cholecystic diseases were randomly divided into one-hole LC group(30 cases) and three-hole LC group(30 cases).Operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications,the change rates of surgical procedure,analgesic applications,intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay and hospital costs were compared.Results:There were no significant differences between one-hole LC and three-hole among these above indexes(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with three-hole LC,one-hole LC had the lighter pain,better cosmetic results and other advantages.One-hole LC can carry out safely and effectively with selected appropriate cases and conventional laparoscopic instruments.It is worthy of clinic application.
