Impacts of Anisodamine(654-2) Combined with Exogenous Pulmonary Surfactant on Tomor Necrosis Factor (TNF- α),Structure Changes of Lung Tissue During Pig's Lung Ischemic-reperfusion Injury

目的探究联合使用山莨菪硷(654-2)、外源性肺表面活性物质(PS)对猪缺血-再灌注肺肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量及肺组织结构的影响.方法取45±d龄幼猪24只,随机分成4组(n=6):对照组、654-2组、PS组、654-2+PS组,于阻断右肺动脉前、阻断后60min、90min(开放)、开放后60min、90min、120min等时刻点分别抽取左、右肺静脉血,ELISA法检测TNF-α含量;分别取左、右肺下叶送病检.结果 TNF-α含量在各实验组右肺静脉血中明显低于对照组(P<0.01);联合用药组明显低于654-2、PS组(P<0.01).病检:肺泡间质水肿、白细胞浸润、肺泡出血等,实验组明显低于对照组,以联合用药组最轻.结论 654-2、PS对肺缺血-再灌注损伤有保护作用;联合用药肺保护作用优于单独用药.
