Optimization of CO_2 welding process parameters based on labview

Welding process is a very complicated process with many interacting factors mixed together,so the transient state of welding process is related to many parameters,i.e. welding voltage,welding current,short-circuiting transition frequency and so on. This paper use the voltage of CO2 gas shield arc welding for research object,using Labview software collection and analysis of arc voltage and frequency of short circuit transition, get the best matching relation between them.
