The invention provides a floating type ocean power generation device which comprises a base, a floating body and a plurality of oscillating rods. A guide pipe is fixedly connected to the upper side face of the base. The guide pipe is sleeved with a sliding block. The lower ends of the oscillating rods are all hinged to the sliding block. The upper ends of the oscillating rods are all hinged to the floating body. A plurality of turbine generators are hinged to the oscillating rods in the length direction. A storage battery cabin is arranged on the upper side face of the floating body. A storage battery is arranged in the storage battery cabin. A ballast tank, a second pump chamber and a power generation tank are arranged in the floating body. A second power generator is arranged in the power generation tank. A second rotary shaft is rotatably connected with the lower side face of the floating body. The upper end of the second rotary shaft is fixedly connected with an input shaft of the second power generator. The lower end of the second rotary shaft is fixedly connected with second impellers. The ballast tank of the floating body is further connected with an adjusting piece used for adjusting the water quantity in the ballast tank. A plurality of oscillating power generation devices are further arranged on the outer side wall of the floating body. By the adoption of the floating type ocean power generation device, the kinetic energy of ocean currents can be converted into electric energy more efficiently, and a good self-protection function is achieved.
