Analysis of Effect and Curative Effect of Continuous Blood Purification and Blood Perfusion on the Serum Biochemical Indicators of Patients with Acute Severe Organic Phosphorus Poison

2017
Objective To study the effect and curative effect of continuous blood purification and blood perfusion on the serum biochemical indicators of patients with acute severe organic phosphorus poison. Methods Convenient selection 96 cases of patients with acute severe organic phosphorus poison admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with blood perfusion, while the observation group adopted the continuous blood purification and blood perfusion. Results The cure rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the cholinesterase activity recovery time, coma continuous time and ICU length of stay in the observation group were respectively(4.25±0.64)d,(5.73±0.63)d and(7.21±0.47)d, which were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the WBC, CRP, BUN and SCr in the observation group after treatment were respectively(8.29±1.1)×109L,(7.3±2.2)mg/L,(9.6±1.8)mmol/L and(132.6±35.4)μmol/L,which were obviously lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The continuous blood purification and blood perfusion on the serum biochemical indicators of patients with acute severe organic phosphorus poison can effectively improve the serum biochemical indicators and the prognosis effect is good.
