The invention provides a laser television image processing method and system and a laser television. The method comprises the steps that a television signal is received and is converted into an ultra-high-definition image sequence frame; each image in the ultra-high-definition image sequence frame is split and converted into two images, and two image sequence frames are acquired; and in human eye vision persistence time, according to the sequence of the ultra-high-definition image sequence frame, two DMD drive chips are used to drive time division diagonal interlaced display of two image sequence frames. According to the invention, a vision persistence principle is used; two images after ultra-high-definition image splitting and converting can be processed at the same time by the existing two DMD drive chips capable of processing an FHD image; two images are displayed at different positions of a screen in a time division manner, and an ultra-high-definition image is formed in human eyes; the method is simple; the existing FHD device is used to realize ultra-high-definition display; and the method has the advantages of low cost and wide application.
