Determination of Chemical Components of Cold Water Extractives of E. Urograndis by GC/MS

The chemical components of cold water extractives of E.Urograndis were separated and identified by GC/MS after enriching and dissolving in benzene-methanol.Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.12 compounds representing 53.67% of the extractives were identified.The most abundant constituents were 2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22,-tetracosahexaene(18.04%),2,4',5-trimethyldiphenylmethane(7.68%),pentacosane(5.93%),pentadecane,2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-(cas)(5.10%),nonadecane(4.95%),hexadecane,2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-(cas)(3.97%),5,6-dihydro-5,6-dimethylbenzo[c]cinnoline(2.80%),quercetin 7,3',4'-trimethoxy(1.53%),2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-(1.02%) and so on.
